Montréal JACKS - Code of conduct

Sexual activity at Montréal JACKS events is strictly limited to masturbation, mutual masturbation and other non-penetrative sex acts.   Oral and anal sex are never permitted at any Montréal JACKS event.  

Nothing goes inside anybody’s anything. 

PERMITTED PLAY (by mutual consent) 

• Self-masturbation and mutual masturbation 
• Erotic and friendly touch 
• Showing-off and watching (no touch) 
• Parallel penis-to-penis masturbation (“C2C”) 
• Frottage/Frot (rubbing bodies together) 
• Oral contact above the waist (kissing, nipple nibbling, armpit licking, etc.) 
• Docking (foreskin sharing) 
• Sex toys for penis (ex: cockring, sleeves, eggs, pump, fleshlights), balls (ex: ball stretchers) or nipples (ex: nipple clamps) 

PROHIBITED PLAY 

• No anal contact (never even touch any butthole, including your own) 
• No oral contact below the waist (no lips below the hips) 
• No penetration (nothing goes inside anybody’s anything) 
• No touching or kissing without consent 
• No butt toys 
• No urethral sounds  

EJACULATION 

• Ejaculate on yourself or the floor or any canvas-covered surface. 
• Ejaculate on others ONLY with explicit, mutual consent. 
• Never allow semen on anyone’s face or anus. 
• No semen ingestion unless it is already on your body. 

Consent is required before touching or kissing another member or ejaculating on another member.

 Remember: every person owns and oversees their body. Always ask before touching someone who hasn’t given consent. Be prepared to say “no” and always take “no” for an answer. Never press the issue. 

We treat each other with mutual respect and human dignity, like brothers. 

Never, at any time, disclose any member’s identity to anyone, inside the club or out. Ever. 

 What you do here, who you see here, stays here. Revealing any member’s identity or personal details is grounds for permanent termination of membership. 

The usage of phones or any devices to take photos or videos, is strictly prohibited 

Never attend a Montréal JACKS event if you have or suspect that you may have any disease that you could spread to others during an event. This includes all respiratory infections, herpes outbreaks, MPOX or staph infections, crabs' infestation, and any untreated STI. 

Treated HIV is not communicable/transmissible.   HIV-positive men with undetectable viral loads are welcome to join and participate in events in accordance with our rules.  There is no evidence of transmission of HIV via mutual masturbation when viral load is undetected. 

If you happen to learn after an event that you have an infection or infestation that may have exposed other members during an event you attended, inform the club leader or a club volunteer who will inform other members so they can take action to protect themselves and others (for example: watching for symptoms, abstaining from sex, getting tested, getting a preventive treatment). Your identity will never be revealed to other members. 

Montréal JACKS encourages all members to be fully vaccinated against all communicable diseases, including MPOX, COVID, influenza, pneumonia, HPV, meningitis, and hepatitis A and B. 

Get tested, know your status! 

Poppers are permitted for personal usage during the event. 

Excessive recreational drugs and alcohol are not permitted at Montréal JACKS events.    You are allowed to be “high” or “buzzed” as long as you are not totally wasted / intoxicated.   If you are too intoxicated, you will not be admitted to an event and may cause you to be ejected from events.  

Repetitive problematic behavior will result in termination of membership.  

You should be clean when you attend a Montréal JACKS event 

Take care of bad breath and excessive body odor before entering the play space.

Showers are available to use before, during and after the event. 

Do not wear any fragrance to Montréal JACKS events. 

Excessive chatter is discouraged during events.  Quiet talk is okay, and hot talk is welcome at any volume.

 “Conversation” is another matter. Be friendly and sociable, but don’t distract others in the play space. If you’re asked to lower your voice or take the conversation elsewhere, do so.
